“Health” is more than the absence of unpleasant symptoms. It is a way of life; a way of thinking, behaving, eating, moving that allows us to live to our greatest potential.

Living healthy, or unhealthy, is about habits. We are creatures of habit.

Here is the Key – once the healthy habits have been established, you will be just as happy (or happier) with your healthy habits as you were with your unhealthy habits.

As the threat of COVID-19 continues, there proactive things that people can do right now to strengthen their immune system.

In order of priority:

1) Continue to exercise. Exercise stimulates our immune system.

2) Continue to eat healthy. As we “stress eat” unhealthy foods, more of our immune system must be diverted to our gut to ward off toxins, instead of fighting off airborne viruses like COVID.

3) Take Vitamin D. Most folks are Vitamin D deficient due to lack of sun exposure. Vitamin D helps our immune system fight off viruses.

4) If you start to feel ill, take Vitamin C, and Zinc. This will help reduce the ability of the virus to replicate.
